With over 12 years of experience in social care, Jack leads Caring Support Services as the Director of Finance and Business, in unison with Reahana the Operations Director, both with a strong passion for providing outstanding homecare.


Specialising care for adults aged 65+ and younger adults with a wide range of needs, including frailty, mental health, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, and complex conditions.


Starting out as a carer, Jack has built his expertise from the ground up, gaining experience across all areas of homecare — from frontline support to operations, turnaround management, and business growth.


His hands-on approach and dedication ensure every service we deliver is personal, reliable, and of the highest quality.

Lottie Herve-White

Deputy Care Manager

With over 8 years of experience in social care, Lottie serves as Deputy Care Manager at Caring Support Services, working closely alongside the management team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.


 Lottie is passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. Beginning her career in frontline care, Lottie has developed extensive knowledge and practical experience across all aspects of domiciliary care. Her journey through the sector has provided her with a strong understanding of both the challenges and rewards of delivering high-quality support in the community.


Known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Lottie plays a key role in supporting carers, monitoring care quality, and ensuring that every client receives personalised, reliable, and professional care tailored to their individual needs.

Reahana Blackman

Director of Operations

With nearly a decade of experience in social care, Reahana brings warmth, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others to her role as Operations Director at Caring Support Services.


Starting her journey while raising her own children, she developed a deep understanding of what person-centred care truly means — keeping people at the heart of everything she does.


Reahana has worked with individuals from all walks of life, supporting a wide range of needs with empathy and professionalism. As a Salisbury local, she takes great pride in leading a team that supports the community she knows so well, always striving to deliver care that makes a real difference.
